Please note that our experienced guide knows when it is safe or not to do the tour.
If the weather conditions are not the most favourable our guide will tell you whether or not it is safe to do the tour.
If you decide not to do the tour because of the weather e.g : it is raining but our guide says it is safe and possible then the above cancellation policy will also apply.
We will of course do our utmost to accommodate you and perhaps move the tour to another day.
Please also note that no refund will be offered if we do not see all of the animals that we hope to.
